Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Hertfordshire

Dr Dennis Pepple PhD is a senior lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Hertfordshire where he teaches undergraduate and post graduate modules in HRM, business and management and international HRM (IHRM). He is also an external examiner for the MA/MSc International Human Resource Management at the University of Bedfordshire.     

His research interests are in the business aspects of HRM, diversity management, organisational behaviour and work psychology. His research has been published in peer reviewed journals and won awards at international conferences.

Dr Pepple also has over 10 years’ experience in the finance, business and human capital development industries in the public and private sectors.
