Anne-Marie Annes is a learning advisor with the global Investment Bank, Citi, and is responsible for setting the global strategy for early career induction learning across the Citi Franchise. Anne-Marie is also an experienced coach and facilitator for Professional Development and Leadership.
Anne-Marie has a PhD in the Neuroscience of Learning and Memory and is particularly interested in combining and applying neuroscience in an organisational setting, to facilitate strategic growth through people development and management.
