Amending Your Proxy Vote

Changing proxy instructions

To change your proxy instructions (for example if the person you have nominated will no longer be attending the Meeting), you must submit a new hard copy Proxy Form. Proxy instructions cannot be changed using the online facility. If you require another hard copy Proxy Form, please telephone [01543 266886] or email [email protected]  Note that the cut-off time for receipt of proxy appointments (see above) also applies in relation to amended instructions; any amended proxy appointment received after the relevant cut-off time will be disregarded. If you submit more than one valid proxy appointment, the appointment received last before the latest time for the receipt of proxies will take precedence.

Termination of proxy appointments

In order to revoke a proxy instruction (for example, if you wish to attend the Meeting yourself), you will need to inform the Institute using one of the following methods:

  • By sending a signed letter clearly stating your intention to revoke your proxy appointment to Beverley Hogg, The Institute of Leadership & Management, Pacific House, Relay Point, Wilnecote, Tamworth B77 5PA
  • By sending an email to [email protected]

In either case, the revocation notice must be received by the Institute no later than Thursday 9th May at 1.15pm, being the scheduled start time for the Meeting. If you attempt to revoke your proxy appointment but the revocation is received after the time specified, then your proxy appointment will remain valid. However, the appointment of a proxy does not prevent you from attending and voting at the Meeting in person.
