Systems Lead

Join us as a Systems Lead  - you'll be responsible for the efficient working of, and improvement across our systems.  This combines aspects of Project Management, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, some business analysis, and first-line system problem-solving. 

The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of CRM systems and web content management systems.

Contract Term: Permanent, start date ASAP

Location: Homebased (with occasional travel)

Annual salary: c£40K

Full-time role, 35 hours per week

Client Account Executive

We have an opportunity to join us as a Client Account Executive working as part of a small team on a permanent basis. Previous experience in a customer service or support role providing ongoing account management, excellent written skills, working experience of CRM systems and digital comms tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and Office 365.

Contract Term: Permanent, start date ASAP

Location: Homebased (with occasional travel)

Annual salary: £24,000 - £28,000 pa

Full-time role, 35 hours per week
