New Board Members

The Institute of Leadership & Management is looking to recruit a new Deputy Chair and Trustees as part of its annual Board renewal cycle. This is major opportunity to take a leading role in the development of your Institute.

Becoming a Trustee offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership, your strategic skills and your network and to make a significant contribution to how leadership is developing and evolving in the 21st century. 


We are looking to appoint professional members to our Board for a period of two years. Responsible for the strategic and financial stewardship of the Institute, Trustees will need to commit to attending quarterly Board meetings and engaging in debate and decision making in between formal meetings.


Deputy Chair

Carrying significant leadership responsibilities, our new Deputy Chair will become Chair of The Institute after a period of two years. The successful candidate should therefore be prepared to serve a 4-year term on the Board. We’re looking for someone who will possess the skills and attributes required to lead and represent the Institute at the highest levels.

All positions are voluntary and non-executive. Applications will be subject to an initial short-listing process, followed by election by members.
