Informal conversations and jokes are often an important part of our working lives but what some of us consider to be a bit of fun can be experienced quite differently by others. Join Stella Chandler and Philippa Foster Back as they discuss this extremely current question.

The Institute of Leadership & Management  networking events bring you interesting insights, updates and commentary on current leadership, management and coaching debates and  issues but we also ensure that there is plenty of opportunity to meet with other members, consider and discuss the issues raised by the contributors. Once you have connected with likeminded people, the conversation continues.
