How to kill imposter syndrome and speak with confidence
Do you have to speak to lead but hear a horrible voice in your head telling you you’re not good enough? Do you get incredibly nervous when you speak in public? Do you hold back from doing those scary things that deep down you know will move the needle forward faster?
In 2016 Minnie von Mallinckrodt-Grant, marketing strategist and speaker coach, helped one of her speakers face her biggest challenge yet - give her first TEDx talk. Millie was looking everywhere for her. When she finally found her she was crying and shaking and refusing to go on stage. Minnie had 10 minutes to help her kill her imposter syndrome and get her on stage to give her talk. The speaker went on to deliver a confident talk that has racked up over 800,000 views to date. She started a movement. She is a very shy person who had never spoken before on stage and was hugely intimidated by the other speakers’ accolades. So how did Minnie do it?
Minnie will reveal all in her webinar.
