Dr Nicola Millard

Once described as “human caffeine” on Twitter, Dr Nicola Millard injects a positive, people-centred expresso shot to innovation and future strategy.

Nicola is Principal Innovation Partner at BT, and has held previous roles in the company in futurology, research, usability, customer service, marketing, and business consulting. She has been involved in a number of BT firsts, including the first application of AI into BT's call centres and BT's initial experiments with homeworking.

Nicola is also a published author and award-winning speaker. She has delivered TED talks and is a radio and TV commentator. In 2019 she was listed as one of the top 10 UK customer experience influencers by ‘Customer Experience’ magazine.


 

Matt Offord

Lecturer

Matt Offord, former naval officer, is the director and founder of Coscoroba Consulting, a data driven management consultancy. 

Matt developed the SWAN leadership model, which he has applied in both public and private sector companies, in industries as diverse as health to marine technology, to help them thrive in complex situations. 

He has an MBA and a PhD in leadership, and is a former senior member of St Antony’s College, Oxford. He is also an Honorary Research Fellow at Durham University Anthropology Department. 
 

Steve Wells

Steve Wells is a keynote speaker, futurist and writer.

Steve has a particular interest in how emerging technology has the capability to change life, society and business, and how mindset and leadership will be the critical enablers of a more human future.

Steve is co-editor and a contributing author of a number of books including ‘The Future of Business’, ‘The Future Reinvented – Reimagining Life, Society and Business’ and ‘A Very Human Future – Enriching Humanity in a Digitized World’.
