Andrew Hough


Andrew Hough is CEO of the Association of Professional Sales. As an ambassador for the sales profession, Andrew builds internal and external partnerships to ensure standards, ethics, talent, diversity, qualifications and professional development are continuously addressed.

Previous roles include VP for EMC and Director of GFS. He has also held roles in Sun Microsystems Finance, GE Capital, Barclays Bank and Lloyds Bank.

Philippa Foster Back


Philippa Foster Back CBE was appointed Director of the Institute of Business Ethics in 2001 following a career that began at Citibank NA before joining Bowater in their Corporate Treasury Department. She was Group Finance Director at DG Gardner Group, and Group Treasurer at Thorn EMI from 1993-2000. 

Philippa speaks widely on business ethics issues and has a number of external appointments, including at the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment; RAND Europe; Barrier Biotech Ltd and is Chairman of the UK Antarctic Place-names Committee. In 2008 she was a member of the Woolf Committee looking at business practices at BAE.
