The financial services industry continues to face large scale regulatory change impacting all aspects of a firm – people, systems, controls and culture are all affected. Leaders in financial services need to develop
the resilience to navigate these challenges and the acumen to consider whether they provide business
opportunities.

The Institute of Leadership & Management has invited a panel of financial service practitioners to share
their expert insights into the implications of recent regulatory change, answer questions and provide the
opportunity to discuss the challenges with fellow practitioners.
