Leveraging digital for organisational resilience

With many organisations dependent on data, analytics, digital tools, and automation for their processes, digital technologies now constitute a critical element of business continuity and organisational resilience to sudden external shocks. If done correctly, digital transformation can be leveraged to not only build long-term organisational resilience but also to deliver short-term gains such as top-line growth and reduced cost.  We will look at three ways in which digital can be used to enhance an organisation’s resilience.
