Audrey Tang


Dr Audrey Tang is founder of CLICK Training, where she is a development coach and training consultant. She is also a chartered psychologist, speaker, trainer and NLP practitioner. 

Audrey is the author of ‘The Leader’s Guide to Mindfulness’ and resident psychologist on Sky’s ‘The Chrissy B Show’, the UK's only tv programme dedicated to mental health and wellbeing. 
She presents at national and international conferences in the fields of leadership and team cohesion, and currently lectures in personal development and mindfulness at Brunel University.
