The British public has now voted to leave the European Union, so in this free 30-minute webinar The Institute of Leadership and Management is asking how will this impact employment laws in Britain.

There are a number of laws that emulate from the EU such as the Working Time Regulations and TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment Regulations). Yet equally a number of our laws are ‘home grown’ and not influenced by the EU.

Join us in this free webinar with speaker Kevin Charles, Barrister and Director of Crossland Employment Solicitors.

  • We will explain where the UK may benefit from new employment legislation, what this may look like, and when we may see change.

  • Kevin will share insight on what might happen to EU migrants residing in the UK and how changes to the Freedom of Movement Act may affect their employment rights; and how employers and HR can prepare for potential changes ahead.

  • The webinar will also allow for questions on the current and future employment law landscape.
