COVID-19 Pandemic

Project managers can be measured by their ability to respond to change, specifically rapid change. The emergence of COVID-19 in early 2020 introduced disruption not previously encountered by construction project managers.

This research looks into the impact which the pandemic had on construction project managers and their ability to continue to deliver their projects during a global pandemic.
