Why we need you to support our research

By participating in our evaluation, you provide valuable insights and data that enable us to assess the impact of the resource and to develop improvements to Coaching Conversations 

Completing the survey
In the evaluation you are asked to respond to a set of closed questions along with fixed rating scales, then given the opportunity to respond openly to free text questions. The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete.

Data processing
All data is anonymised during the evaluation process, and in subsequent reports and publications, in some instances, we may follow up with participants to ask further questions about the programme or to ask if they are willing to provide a quote or testimonial for public use. Data is held securely on within The Institutes CRM system and internal file systems, in compliance with GDPR. Data is only accessed by relevant staff involved in processing and analysing the data.

The Institute uses the SmartSurvey website to host the survey and collected data, SmartSurvey uses third party marketing cookies on their website.  Please refer to SmartSurvey’s privacy policy for further details.

Data from this evaluation will be retained in its raw format for up to 10 years, then destroyed.
