Partnering with the University of Birmingham Business School gives the Institute unparalleled insights into the complex range of issues that promote responsible leadership in business. Our research project supports the wider work of the Lloyds Banking Group Centre for Responsible Business, sharing a vision to inspire curiosity and drive change globally in the field of responsible business research and education.
The Institute shares its heritage with ILM (a City & Guilds Group Business), the UK’s top leadership and management qualifications specialist, helping to develop talented leaders, giving them the skills to make a real difference their organisation and beyond.
We've teamed up with The Association of Business Executives (ABE) to give 120,000 young people in Nigeria free access to world-class leadership development support, to inspire entrepreneurship among the next generation of business leaders. This new and exciting partnership, in collaboration with UNESCO, will roll-out from August and play a key part in boosting Nigeria’s economic growth through developing great leadership capability.

The Institute of Leadership & Management is delighted to announce a collaboration with the Trusted Coach Directory (TCD) - as part of our drive to build coaching cultures through our Coaching Conversations accreditation. TCD provides a benchmark of quality for external coaches through its directory - providing confidence when seeking the support of coaches and mentors to drive performance and personal growth.
