Tell us your story and feature on our 'Wall of Voices'

This year, we'd like you to help us support International Women's Day (8th March) and their #ChooseToChallenge campaign by adding your story to our Wall of Voices that we’ll host on our website. We’re passionate about amplifying the voices of women in leadership so are asking you to share your story with others.

Your story could be that spark of inspiration someone else needs to choose to challenge.

Your video

• Maximim 90 second video clip 

• Make sure you are well lit – sit facing the window, not away from it. We want to see you!

• Start with the #ChooseToChallenge pose (pictured left) for 2 seconds, and then begin with your name and job title.

• Try not to hold the camera – shaky films can be a bit distracting

• Keep the noise down! Try to find a quiet space so we can hear you clearly

• Tell us your story naturally, you may want to write down a few bullet points but don’t read from a script. Tell it from the heart!

Your #ChooseToChallenge story could be...

• A moment you challenged that turned out to be a game-changer for your career

• A career challenge, big or small, you’re proud you overcame and the positive result of doing that

• Any small moments of challenge within your role that add up to making a big difference

• A time you challenged yourself to get out of your comfort zone and the change that brought about
